Job Description:

Join our team at Planview as a Software Engineer and be part of an exciting journey to develop software that addresses real-world challenges for large businesses. You will work on projects involving caching, extensibility, security, auditing, reporting, web services, and more. Your role will include building software for massive scalability in a customizable, multi-tenant architecture that powers a high-volume web UI with fault tolerance and redundancy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain code for a Java application.
- Work independently and collaborate with other developers.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews as both a reviewer and reviewee.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and data layer teams to find solutions and break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks.

Key Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Solid commercial/enterprise-level software development experience.
- Strong Test-driven development skills.
- Passion for well-architected code and willingness to mentor others.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a geographically distributed team.

Required Skills:
- High proficiency in performance-oriented Java.
- Experience with Linux/Tomcat/Apache.
- Familiarity with Soap APIs.

Additional Skills:
- Experience with Gradle, GIT, Jenkins CI/GitHub Actions.
