Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of delivering components or functionalities within projects.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality project features and provide technical guidance.
- Work effectively both individually and with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Align Case for Change and Change Management strategy with overall organizational or project goals.
- Apply Organization Change Management (OCM) frameworks, methodologies, and tools to create a change strategy that supports the adoption of changes.
- Conduct organizational impact analysis and develop enterprise redesign strategies arising from large-scale transformations, business model innovations, digital transformations, or globalization initiatives.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Ensure high-quality and timely execution of communication plans and strategies through the design and development of quality communication materials such as mailers, newsletters, posters, and flyers.
- Support training efforts by managing the development and deployment of training materials through effective channels.
